To complete full electrical fit-out over 10 blocks consisting of mixed tenure to 163 units.
This project went completely to plan with no real challenges. Bellway implemented a sequential block programme which meant that there was a good workflow between client and all subcontract companies.
Worked very closely with the client and other sub-contractor to deliver a well-run project which was completed on time.
