To complete full electrical fit-out to 31 high-end properties including bespoke Legrand home automation system to each flat. Also installed electrical fit out to all communal areas as well as fire alarm system, CCTV, access control, IRS, SkyQ and BMS.
Due to the location of the site within a busy part of London, procurement and deliveries were an issue. Legrand home automation system was a new technology along with other foreign systems that had to be implemented. Project plan, schedule and client spec was constantly changing which proved very difficult. Due to severe weather, the site was flooded which knocked the programme back.
Sent supervisors and operatives to get trained and certified to install the Legrand home automation system.
Mobilised extra labour working around the clock, out of hours and at weekends and also provided 24 call out for on-site emergencies.
Worked very closely with the client and other sub-contractors to try and make sure that the job was run as best as it could.
