To carry out a full electrical testing programme on behalf of Mitie and Golding Homes, carrying out tests and remedials to over 3000 properties.
Project Challenges:
The client requested that all tests were to be carried out and completed within six months, making this a very fast programme. The scope of the project was also a challenge, covering a vast area of Maidstone and surrounding areas.
Project Solution:
We mobilised additional labour to cope with the programme which included weekend work. We also employed extra back office staff to cope with the high volume of test certificates and admin.
