To carry out full M&E installation to an £8m private dwelling located within the prestigious, Farnborough Park.
Our client had their own designated design team which meant the detail was very high-end and bespoke. There were various revisions to layout, floor plans and spec which included a fully integrated home automation system and indoor swimming pool. There was a large amount of equipment and plant which had to be concealed within the fabric of the building.
We used our experience and knowledge of procuring specialist equipment and plant to meet the clients’ needs, working with the height constraints of an old building with a very modern interior. We made sure that the install was perfect within the fabric of the building as well as the outside.
