There are many environmental site issues including a large protected landscape and pest control. Due to the nature of the site, the programme and scope of works is constantly changing. There is a mixture of both large houses and flats which means specs across the site are different.
We’ve worked conscientiously around client constraints to find alternative ways of fulfilling certain tasks. We’ve employed specialist fit-out teams alongside shell and core teams. And we’re liaising very closely with other subcontractors to assist with their own project programmes to get the build to where it is today.
