Installation of the full M&E package at Ridgeway Views providing services to stylish apartments and detached houses.
Project Challenges:
This project has involved a very tight programme and fast turnaround of all blocks and plots. It’s a huge acreage with the site office being a 15-minute walk to the main site.
Project Solution:
We’ve employed additional supervisors to work closely with the design teams to make sure the programme is on schedule. We’ve also created a tight-knit work ethic with other subcontract companies and their programmes, to work together as a team.
