To carry out the electrical installation and fit-out of 811 dwellings within a development of approx 3300 units across all phases.
The project consisted of 14 blocks across an extensive site, with all blocks requiring 1st and 2nd fixing simultaneously. As the project progressed, there were many changes to the design and specification.
To overcome these challenges, we arranged additional dedicated block managers and operative teams. We also procured specialist equipment to increase the run rate which at its maximum was 36 1st-fix plots per week. HES supplied approximately 50 site staff.
