To carry out the M&E Cat A fit-out package on behalf of Willmott Dixon Interiors for the University of London. This included heating and cooling, fit-out to classrooms and recording studios, along with BMS control panel for lighting.
Working on behalf of the University of London was particularly challenging as they had their own set of rules and regulations and were very job specific and precise. All works had to be completed out of hours.
We mobilised additional labour and added two residential project managers to work to the University's needs. These were dedicated to assist the University and our client, Willmott Dixon. We adopted a split-shift working schedule for all teams and supervisors.
