Project Brief:
To carry out a full M&E infrastructure and fit-out package to 90 units of The Residence – a group of beautifully crafted, contemporary luxury apartments in one of London’s most desirable districts, West Hampstead.
Project Challenges:
The site was located on the high street in a highly populated residential area and in close proximity to the railway line. There were challenges with parking and coordinating the delivery of materials and plant.
Project Solution:
All works were completed out-of-hours and we worked very closely with the Considerate Construction Scheme to make sure there were no issues with the public.
